The Sunday Small Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at 4:30 p.m. (via ZOOM). This group is studying from a LifeGuide book by J. I. Packer called Meeting God. For more information or to join, contact Pastor Jay Lovelace.

Week of July 5-11

- Ladies Lunch, July 5…All ladies of the church are invited to gather together for lunch the first Sunday of each month immediately after the church service. Meet on Sunday, July 5 at McAlister’s Deli in Gurnee, located in the Grand Hunt Center at 6557 Grand Avenue (in the outer drive near Helzberg Diamonds). This is an ongoing invitation—no sign-up, just come if you can on each first Sunday. See Ellen Roth if you have any questions.
- Ladies Bible Study, July 8…This group will meet this month on July 8 and 22 at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. The ladies are studying a book titled Desiring God’s Own Heart (now in Samuel 2), another study written by Kay Arthur. If you have any questions, contact Becky Martens
- Family Fun Night July 10… This summer, we’ll have two Family Fun Nights occurring on July 10 and again on July 24. The Beckman’s are opening their home on these nights for swimming and fellowship time from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Bring swimming attire and a towel if you plan to swim. Also bring your appetite for the ice cream sundae bar that will be provided!

- Prayer Meeting, July 12…Prayer Meeting is held monthly on the second Sunday of each month. Come this month on July 12 at 4:00 p.m. We will pray together as we focus on needs and praises for our church and community.

Week of July 19-25

- Ladies Bible Study, July 22…This group will meet on July 22 at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. The ladies are studying a book titled Desiring God’s Own Heart (now in Samuel 2), another study written by Kay Arthur. If you have any questions, contact Becky Martens
- Family Fun Night July 24…The Beckman’s are opening their home a second night this month, on July 24, for swimming and fellowship time from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Bring swimming attire and a towel if you plan to swim. Also bring your appetite for the ice cream sundae bar that will be provided!

- Board Meeting, July 26...The July Board Meeting will be held on Sunday, July 26 at 3:30 p.m. Please keep our church elders and deacons in prayer as they meet to discuss current business and plan for the coming months.
