The Sunday Small Group meets on the 1st and 3rd Sundays each month at 4:30 p.m. (via ZOOM). This group is studying from a LifeGuide book by J. I. Packer called Meeting God. For more information or to join, contact Pastor Jay Lovelace.

Week of March 29-April 4

- Good Friday Service, Apr. 3…The Good Friday Service begins at 7:00 p.m. on April 3. We’ll focus on Christ’s crucifixion with Easter music, Communion, and a Good Friday message.

Note: Men’s Breakfast, Ladies Lunch, Sunday Small Group, and Identity Youth Group will not meet Easter weekend.

Week of April 5-11

- Easter Breakfast/Worship Service, Apr. 5…Invite others to join you for Easter Breakfast and our Worship Service at Gages Lake Bible Church on April 5! We’ll begin with breakfast at 9:00 a.m., followed by our Easter Worship Service at 10:00. We will have a special Children’s Church for the kids, while the adults celebrate through song, scripture, and prayer.

Week of April 12-18

- Prayer Meeting, Apr. 12…Prayer Meeting is held monthly on the second Sunday of each month. Come this month on April 12 at 4:00 p.m. We will pray together as we focus on needs and praises for our church and community.
- Identity Youth Group, Apr. 12…This group meets at the church from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. each Sunday evening. All teens are encouraged to come enjoy a fun time together as they study the Word of God.
- Ladies Bible Study, Apr. 15…This group meets every other Wednesday at the church at 11:00 a.m. The ladies are studying a book titled Desiring God’s Own Heart (Samuel 1 and 2), another study written by Kay Arthur. If you have any questions, contact Becky Martens.
- Ladies Fellowship Breakfast, Apr. 18…This ministry meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at Panera Bread on 254 E Rollins Road in Round Lake Beach. Meet at 8:30 a.m. on April 18 for fellowship time. Feel free to purchase coffee/breakfast as you arrive.

Week of April 19-25

- Sunday Small Group, Apr. 19…The Sunday Small Groupwill meet only once this month, on April 19. The meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. (via ZOOM). The current study is from a LifeGuide book by J. I. Packer called Meeting God. If you’d like to know more about this study group or get the information to join a meeting, either contact Jay or one of the leaders, Mike or Cindy Metcalf.

Week of April 26- May 2

- Annual Meeting, Apr. 26…Our annual meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26. Anyone can attend this meeting (though only members can vote on current issues). If interested in membership, please see Pastor Jay for more information.

- Men’s Breakfast, May 2…All men are encouraged to join us for our monthly meeting—for a light breakfast, time in prayer, and fellowship. We will meet at the church at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2.

Week of May 3-9

- Ladies Lunch, May 3…All ladies of the church are invited to gather together for lunch the first Sunday of each month immediately after the church service. Meet at McAlister’s Deli in Gurnee, located in the Grand Hunt Center at 6557 Grand Avenue (on the outer drive near Helzberg Diamonds). This is an ongoing invitation—no sign-up, just come if you can on each first Sunday. See Becky Martens if you have any questions.
